Layered aromas of spice and white pepper dominate with undertones of cherry, raspberry and wild berries on the nose.   A medium bodied wine, the flavors linger with white pepper on the palate throughout the long finish.  This elegant medium bodied wine will stand up to bolder dishes, such as a pepper crusted pork loin.
