A light golden hue with a warm nose that hints at vanilla. A luscious, full mouthfeel with nutty notes and butterscotch that lead through strong, complex layers lingering throughout the finish.
Aged for 16 months in mellowed American Oak barrels from Belvedere Winery, this is a creamy, buttery wine with balance fruit and acidity.
Due to our colder climate, Oregon Chardonnay has a higher acidity level that those from California, making them perfect for long barrel aging as the acidity stands up and balances the wine.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, 50% Syrah Reserve
With a nose of black cherry, slate and star anise, flavors of black currant, blackberry and pomegranate, this Reserve blend is the total package. WinePressNW says this "Rides like a Cadillac with glossy acidity and sturdy tannins." A rich, warm, velvety finish and subtle minerality make this wine a must have for any red wine connoisseur.
Barrel aged for 20 months, this is our richest and softest wine, and with less than 200 cases made, always a hard one to come by. It will age gracefully for the next 5-7 years.

Classic Pinot Noir aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and cardamom complete with a palate of cranberry, caramel and rhubarb. These flavors are intensified through a silky and smooth mouth feel with wonderful complementing acidity and smooth soft tannins.
Our 2010 Pinot Noir is a wonderful wine that showcases the beautiful fruit grown in Dampier Vineyard in Underwood Mountain, Oregon. 100% Pinot Noir fruit, aged 18 months in top ranked neutral French Oak barrels this wine will continue to age in the bottle gracefully.

This, soon to be legendary off-dry Syrah displays rich, jammy blackberry and chocolate covered cherry, smoky star anise with complex earthy undertones. Off-dry and very fruit forward, this goes great with pepper crusted beef, gamey meat, spicy sausage and grilled veggies.
