A fantastic pairing and fun one for many occasions, even if the occasion is enjoying a glass of chilled Pinot Gris and wanting a healthy and delicious snack.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, stir well to mix.
Cover and refrigerate until serving; at least 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips or on top of grilled chicken breasts, fish or tacos.
This recipe is fun to make your own. Add tomatoes, mango, different peppers or even grill the pineapple before dicing!
