Wine Club Price: $24.00$30.00

Sourced from the fabled McDuffee Vineyard in The Dalles. Due to our cooler climate, Oregon Chardonnay has a higher acidity level than California, making them more like true Burgundians. We avoid using new oak for aging our Chardonnay White Wines, reaching instead for sur lees aging (stirring of the lees) and partial Malolactic Fermentation to achieve a complete and complex lavor profile.

Aged in mellowed water-bent American Oak barrels, our Chardonnay is bright and lively, with notes of pear baked tart and caramel highlights.
