Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon – Elephant Mountain is sourced from Elephant Mountain vineyards.  Aromas of soft oak, vanilla and cherry arise from your glass. The berry palate is rich and smooth with a lingering soft tannin finish.

Pairing: lamb dishes, gyros.
