Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is sourced from the vineyards of Elephant Mountain and Firethorn and a true reflection of the talent of our local growers. A bounty of aromas of black plum, white pepper, anise, earth and fresh tobacco arise from the glass. Soft, juicy plum notes fill the palate. A smooth, soft and dry finish with hints of licorice complete the vintage.

This wine pairs beautifully with mushroom risotto, grilled meats and roasted vegetables.
