
Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a smooth and perfectly balanced wine ready to be enjoyed at any occasion. Sourced from growers along the Columbia Valley AVA that provides a long dry growing season. The warm days and cool nights of the area help retain ideal proportions of acid and sugar levels in the grape, ensuring a balance in flavors.
Aged in barrel for 22 months, our Cabernet Sauvignon is one of our boldest and most distinctive red wines and a quintessential representation of the Pacific Northwest. Bountiful aromas of dark cherry, orange peel and hints of anise and vanilla lead to a smooth, full bodied berry palate. There is a lingering dry, earthy peppercorn finish.
Pairing: Grilled meats, roast lamb, bacon wrapped dates, mushroom tart.
