‘Good things stand the test of time’. This can be said about our 2021 Bordheauxd Red which owes its name to the famous “Board Head” (windsurfing and kite boarding), community that colors our Columbia River. For 20 years guests have enjoyed drinking this signature blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah unique to Cathedral Ridge.

This 2021 vintage opens with aromas of cedar, spice and stewed dark berries. A rich, full bodied mouth feel displaying balance and complexity, that finishes dry and smooth. The full tannins that showcase this blend will allow it to age 10-15 years.

Pair with grilled rib eye, bratwurst, pate, sharp cheeses and carbonara.
