The 2021 Syrah grapes are sourced from Reid and Moody vineyards. This vintage was aged 24 months in oak barrels prior to bottling, to enhance flavor development, soften tannins and provide longevity.

The 2021 Syrah offers an enticing bouquet with a distinct hint of black pepper, subtle notes of oak and licorice. The palate is full bodied revealing rich, robust dark fruit flavors complemented by a full velvety body and a lingering complex finish.

The 2022 Grenache is sourced from vines grown by McKinley Springs vineyard in the Columbia Valley AVA, and spent 22 months in our oak barrels prior to bottling.

Opens with a vibrant aroma of fresh, ripe strawberries, complemented by delicate hints of vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a rich, spicy character that balances the sweetness, offering a complex depth of flavors. This leaves you with a herbaceous, zesty finish.

Food pairing: Roasted and grilled meats, stews, charcuterie boards, and pork dishes like roast pork or Asian Char Siu.

The Mourvèdre vines (“more-ved’ - as the French say), are grown in the Sugarloaf Vineyard, part of the renown Rattlesnake Hills AVA. The variety can be difficult to grow preferring “its face in the sun and its feet in the water,” meaning the vines need warm weather. In this Central Washington vineyard the grapes thrive during long, hot summer days.

This 2022 vintage opens with delicate floral aromas with sweet dried black currant, cracked pepper and hints of rosemary. The palate is soft, juicy brambly berries, ending a long lingering pepper finish.

A perfect wine with smoked meats, sausages and rich herbed poultry.

Our 2022 Pinot Gris is Estate grown from 30 year old vines grown in our dusty loamy soil. Sourced from the Columbia Gorge AVA where the warm days and cooler nights are conducive to produce vibrant, fresh white wines. The wine opens with fresh aromas of ripe apple and citrus. The palate is crisp and
bright with notes of juicy grapefruit leading to a mouth watering, dry finish. Your “Summer time in a glass” a perfect wine for hot summer sipping.

This vintage will pair beautifully with grilled halibut, shrimp risotto and a baked Pine Nut & feta cheese torte.

Our 2022 Riesling is estate grown in the Columbia Gorge AVA. A light bodied, off-dry Riesling grown in cooler regions the Columbia Gorge AVA. This produces a Riesling resembling its native German qualities where the grapes ripen to optimal sugar levels and retain the fruit’s unique acidity. The opening notes of this 2022 vintage are bright and fresh with aromas of honeysuckle, lemon and subtle minerality. The palate is crisp apple and lemonade. A juicy, crisp, mouth watering lemon finish with a sustaining, lingering acidity. If you love margaritas, then this wine if for you! The team at Cathedral Ridge think this is an exceptional vintage.

Our 2023 Chardonnay is sourced from the fabled McDuffee Vineyard in The Dalles, OR., part of the Columbia Valley AVA.  The wine was aged for 18 months in the barrel and showcases their delicious fruit. This vintage opens with a creamy pear texture showcasing ripe pear and complimented by subtle notes of toasted hazelnuts.

Pair with chicken and fresh Summer salads.

Our 2023 Chardonnay Reserve is sourced from the fabled McDuffee Vineyard in The Dalles, OR., part of the Columbia Valley AVA.  The wine was aged for 18 months in the barrel and showcases their delicious fruit. As you pour a glass, you will be drawn in by the wine's glowing, golden straw color. Notes of fresh golden ripe pineapple layered with hints of creamy vanilla creating a harmonious balance of tropical fruit. Rich and smooth finish This is a substantial wine perfect for sipping and with dinner.

Halbtrocken means ‘half-dry’ in German and is a secret blend of red and white grapes. Bouquet of strawberry & golden delicious apple.
