Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is sourced from two prime vineyards, Elephant Mountain and Firethorn. The wine opens with bountiful aromas of
toasted vanilla, cedar, blueberry and subtle pepper. The mouth feel is full and bold with ample tannins. A lingering dry and leathery finish.

Pair this wine with a juicy rib-eye steak and blue cheese, BBQ Tri-tip and sautéed mushrooms.
