Our 2022 Necessity White is a delicious white blend of Estate Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Unique and refreshing and as Thomas Jefferson said, “good wine is a necessity of life. ”The 2022 vintage opens with floral aromas of peach blossom, and freshly picked apple. The palate is rich and full, with notes of honey dew melon and lemon. A crisp, juicy, honey crisp apple finish.
This wine will pair beautifully with poached pears, and Waldorf salad. This is one of our most popular wines and sells-out quickly.

I am new to the wine world, and it’s been very hard for me to find a wine I enjoy. I have enjoyed beer, bourbon, and ciders for many years.
