Our 2018 Malbec Reserve is a Tasting Room favorite!  McKinley Springs Vineyards are the original players in the now fabled Horse Heaven Hills AVA.

This 2018 vintage displays a beautiful magenta color. The wine opens with aromas of chocolate covered cherries, vanilla, hints of cinnamon bark and white pepper. A balanced palate of marinated cherries and cocoa powder. The richness of the palate leads to a soft spice finish with medium tannins.

Pairing: Wild game, buffalo burgers, lamb, black beans and lentil dishes.

The 2018 Rusty Red Reserve, one of our signature blends, is always a favorite. Crafted and blended by our winemakers primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, with smaller portions of Petit Sirah, Malbec and Cabernet Franc, to create a perfect balance of flavors.

The opening aromas are bold and inviting. Fruit forward notes of ripe boysenberry, All spice, cedar chips and cocoa. A full bodied, rich berry palate, subtle hints of earth with warm lingering spices that stay with you well after the last sip. A truly memorable blend that can be enjoyed with family, friends plus your loyal canine companions.

To have known Rusty, our original winery dog, is to understand why dogs are (hu)man's best friend.  A joy at home or afield, he was one of the best bird pointing Labradors in the country. A toast to Rusty, like this wine, he was one of the best.  Cheers!

Dampier Pinot Noir is one of our most popular and consistently excellent award winning wines. Located on the north side of the Columbia River the Dampier Vineyard is in Underwood Mountain, WA.  At approximately 1,100 feet, this vineyard benefits from southern facing slopes with great exposure to the sun and cool Gorge winds throughout the growing season. We take the whole vineyard’s production.

The 2019 vintage maintains vibrant cherry and strawberry fruit with a great mouth feel and a dry finish. An intriguing nose, featuring a unique blend of perfumed strawberry/cherry pie and spice aromas. On the palate, it delivers a vibrant & juicy experience, offering a refreshing & lively taste that leaves a memorable, juicy finish. Pair this lovely Pinot with a salmon pate on a fresh grilled baguette.

Our 2019 Michelle’s Malbec Reserve is a beautiful Malbec blend that boasts aromas of floral notes with bright, full berries and cocoa. On the palate are layers of rich berries with notes of spice, smooth tannins, and an opulent finish.

44% Sugarloaf Malbec, 44% McKinley Springs Malbec, 2% Echo Malbec, 5% Firethorn Petite Verdot, and 5% McKinley Springs Petite Verdot

The 2019 Rock Star Red Reserve is a blend of our Reserve Cabernet and Reserve Syrah. This sultry and succulent wine is one of our most popular blends. Opening aromas of strawberry, spice and notes of anise leading to a robust palate of black currant and leather. This vintage is dry with sturdy tannins.

Our 2019 Zinfandel features the grape’s traditional flavors. This fruit forward Zinfandel Red Wines grapes were sourced from the Columbia Valley AVA where higher daytime temperatures provide richness to our Zinfandel.

A delightful fruit forward nose of fig jam, hints of licorice and earthiness. This leads to a cranberry palate, with a lingering peppery spice finish.

Food Pairing Spiced pork chops with plum chutney, chilli con carne & blue cheese.

Our award winning 2020 Barbera is sourced from the vineyards of McKinley Springs in Horse Heaven Hills, an 2,800 acre estate vineyard that is family
owned and operated.

Start with warm, inviting aromas of vanilla, blackberry jam, fresh black pepper. A juicy and balanced multi-berry mouthfeel with hints of anise and delicate herbs that ends with soft tannins. A wonderful balance of fruit and acidity make this a very approachable wine.

Food Pairing: Roasted root vegetables, rustic bruschetta and tomato based pasta dishes.

Our 2020 Cabernet Franc Reserve is an essential player in our Bordeaux line up. These luscious grapes come from Moody Vineyard, overlooking the mouth of the Deschutes River, where they enjoy long sunny days and cool nightly breezes.

A complex, medium-bodied and fruit centric wine. It has beautiful undertones of cocoa powder, red plum and cardamom. Soft tannins
round out the finish.

Pair with herb roasted poultry or any tomato based dish. .
