Our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is primarily sourced from Elephant Mountain and the fabled Rattlesnake Hills vineyard. Prior to bottling the wine was aged for 24 months to produce a wine with depth.

Opening aromas of blackberry, cedar, vanilla and baking spice. A rich, full bodied palate, soft blackberry pie jam, showcasing a perfect balance of rich fruit and tannins.

Our 2020 Dampier Pinot Noir Reserve continues the tradition of excellence. Located on the north side of the Columbia River sits Dampier Vineyard in
Underwood Mountain, WA. At approximately 1,100 feet, this vineyard benefits from southern facing slopes with great exposure to the sun and cool Gorge winds throughout the growing season. Our fruit is taken from the Eastern most rows, gaining additional flavor from this slightly different soil and exposure.

A fresh, fragrant, alluring smoky nose, notes of raspberry and toasted oak. A fresh, juicy, raspberry juice palate, finishing with a soft acidity.

Food Pairing: Basque cheesecake, mushroom risotto and roasted root vegetables.

The 2020 Rock Star Red Reserve is a 50/50 blend of our Cabernet and Syrah varieties. A memorable big bodied red wine, our Rock Star Red blend is a harmony of aromatic Columbia Valley grapes. The opening aromas are rich, with warm vanilla and ripe boysenberry layered with subtle anise spice. The palate is bold, generous and juicy. Firm, well structured tannins shape the wine and lead into a full, long dry finish.

Pair with a rib eye steak, rich stews, lentil or black bean chili.

Our 2020 The Last Best Wife is a beautiful wine made from our Petit Verdot grapes sourced from Firethorn and McKinley Springs, where long sunny days produce luscious, bold wines. Although Petit Verdot is principally used in Bordeaux blends, we love it as a single varietal.

This Petit Verdot has floral aromas of violet, plum and white pepper. Full bodied, rich and dense with an earthy plum palate and full tannins leading to a dry finish.

Ideal pairing with rich foods like herbed roast pork & smoked beef brisket.

'Good things stand the test of time’. This can be said about our 2021 Bordheauxd Red which owes its name to the famous "Board Head" (windsurfing and kite boarding), community that colors our Columbia River. For 20 years guests have enjoyed drinking this signature blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah unique to Cathedral Ridge.

This 2021 vintage opens with aromas of cedar, spice and stewed dark berries. A rich, full bodied mouth feel displaying balance and complexity, that finishes dry and smooth. The full tannins that showcase this blend will allow it to age 10-15 years.

Pair with grilled rib eye, bratwurst, pate, sharp cheeses and carbonara.

Our 2021 Merlot is sourced from Merlot vines grown in the Columbia Valley AVA, and our Merlot spent 22 months in oak barrels prior to bottling.

Opening aromas of freshly milled cedar, toasted vanilla and cherry. A palate that is an explosion of fragrant, floral notes with sweet tobacco and all-spice producing a very rounded and balanced finish. Already a favorite with the Cathedral Ridge team.

Our estate grown 2021 Summit Reserve Pinot Noir, a 50/50 blend of legendary 777 and Pommard clones. Located at the west end of the Columbia Gorge the vines thrive with the wetter, cooler climate. Warm summer temperatures and the Gorge winds, provide ideal growing and ripening conditions.

Our wine making team aged this Pinot Noir for 20 months prior to bottling. Starting with a beautiful garnet color, the wine opens with aromas of dried cherry, strawberry and vanilla. A bright fruit palate, and soft acidity finishing with a fresh, juicy, cherry finish.

A delicious pairing with crab or salmon cakes, baked brie and figs.

The 2021 Syrah grapes are sourced from Reid and Moody vineyards. This vintage was aged 24 months in oak barrels prior to bottling, to enhance flavor development, soften tannins and provide longevity.

The 2021 Syrah offers an enticing bouquet with a distinct hint of black pepper, subtle notes of oak and licorice. The palate is full bodied revealing rich, robust dark fruit flavors complemented by a full velvety body and a lingering complex finish.

This wine will pair perfectly with barbecued ribs and lamb kebabs.

Our 2021 Syrah RSV exemplifies the beauty that the varietal can achieve here in the Columbia Valley wine growing region.

Aged in the barrel for 22 months, this wine displays brooding fruit, bold dark chocolate and espresso notes with a rich, velvety body. A lovely nose of pepper and blackberry, drawing you in with its bold and spicy aroma. The palate is richly layered with notes of toasted oak and coconut vanilla, creating a luxurious mouth-feel. The wine concludes with a silky smooth finish, leaving a lasting impression of elegance and depth.

Our 2021 Daughter’s Reserve is a sassy Rhone inspired blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Malbec named for the winery owner’s daughter. An elegant, easy drinking, medium bodied wine, perfect for sharing with a daughter or anyone special!

Fragrant opening notes of vanilla, raspberry and spice with a sprinkling of floral notes. A bright and juicy palate of stewed strawberry. The wine is completed with luscious soft berry vanilla, with lingering soft pepper finish. The wine is complex and will evolve on the palate.

This wonderful blend will pair with creamy pasta and seafood dishes or with a decant creme brule.
