Inspired by the delicious Rhone blends our 2019 The Daughters' Reserve, is a unique blend of three varietals; Mourvèdre, Grenache and Malbec. The elegant, fruity character derived from Grenache is complemented by the spicy character of the Mourvèdre. An elegant, easy drinking, medium bodied wine, perfect for sharing with a daughter or anyone special.

Fragrant opening notes of raspberry, dried fruit leather, cocoa and herbs. The palate is juicy and bright, with raspberry, mocha with a soft spice finish.

Pair this delicious blend with roast poultry, artichoke and goat cheese tart and plum cobbler.

Our 2019 Zinfandel features the grape’s traditional flavors. This fruit forward Zinfandel Red Wines grapes were sourced from the Columbia Valley AVA where higher daytime temperatures provide richness to our Zinfandel.

A delightful fruit forward nose of fig jam, hints of licorice and earthiness. This leads to a cranberry palate, with a lingering peppery spice finish.

Food Pairing Spiced pork chops with plum chutney, chilli con carne & blue cheese.

Our award winning 2020 Barbera is sourced from the vineyards of McKinley Springs in Horse Heaven Hills, an 2,800 acre estate vineyard that is family
owned and operated.

Start with warm, inviting aromas of vanilla, blackberry jam, fresh black pepper. A juicy and balanced multi-berry mouthfeel with hints of anise and delicate herbs that ends with soft tannins. A wonderful balance of fruit and acidity make this a very approachable wine.

Food Pairing: Roasted root vegetables, rustic bruschetta and tomato based pasta dishes.

Our 2020 Cabernet Franc Reserve is an essential player in our Bordeaux line up. These luscious grapes come from Moody Vineyard, overlooking the mouth of the Deschutes River, where they enjoy long sunny days and cool nightly breezes.

A complex, medium-bodied and fruit centric wine. It has beautiful undertones of cocoa powder, red plum and cardamom. Soft tannins
round out the finish.

Pair with herb roasted poultry or any tomato based dish. .

The warm days and cool nights of the area help retain ideal proportions of acid and sugar levels in the grape, ensuring a balance and richness of flavors.

Our 2020 Cabernet vintage opens with expressive aromas of toasted cedar, dried blueberry, bay leaf and spice. The bountiful aromas are highlighted by a full bodied, dry mouthfeel with notes of anise and peppercorn. As the weather cools, get ready to cozy up with this delicious Cabernet Sauvignon.

Our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is primarily sourced from Elephant Mountain and the fabled Rattlesnake Hills vineyard. Prior to bottling the wine was aged for 24 months to produce a wine with depth.

Opening aromas of blackberry, cedar, vanilla and baking spice. A rich, full bodied palate, soft blackberry pie jam, showcasing a perfect balance of rich fruit and tannins.

This wine will pair perfectly with roast lamb kebabs, steak tartar, beef bourguignon.

Our 2020 Dampier Pinot Noir Reserve continues the tradition of excellence. Located on the north side of the Columbia River sits Dampier Vineyard in
Underwood Mountain, WA. At approximately 1,100 feet, this vineyard benefits from southern facing slopes with great exposure to the sun and cool Gorge winds throughout the growing season. Our fruit is taken from the Eastern most rows, gaining additional flavor from this slightly different soil and exposure.

A fresh, fragrant, alluring smoky nose, notes of raspberry and toasted oak. A fresh, juicy, raspberry juice palate, finishing with a soft acidity.

Food Pairing: Basque cheesecake, mushroom risotto and roasted root vegetables.

This can be said about our 2021 Bordheauxd Red which owes its name to the famous "Board Head" (windsurfing and kite boarding), community that colors our Columbia River. For 20 years guests have enjoyed drinking this signature blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah unique to Cathedral Ridge.

This 2021 vintage opens with aromas of cedar, spice and stewed dark berries. A rich, full bodied mouth feel displaying balance and complexity, that finishes dry and smooth. The full tannins that showcase this blend will allow it to age 10-15 years.

Pair with grilled rib eye, bratwurst, pate, sharp cheeses and carbonara.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, Elephant Mountain Vineyard is one of our boldest and most popular wines. Sourced from Elephant Mountain, Vineyards, a high-elevation site, of 90 acres with amazing grapes. Because of its high elevation, Elephant Mountain rarely gets frost, averaging 30 more frost-free days than most Columbia Valley vineyards. The grapes are harvested when they have a rich, ripe earthiness, then barrel aged for 22 months.

This single sourced Cabernet opens with fragrant aromas of vanilla, cedar and sandalwood. The mouth feel is full, bold, with cherry, cocoa and soft leathery notes, rounding out with a sustaining green peppercorn finish.

Food Pairing: Pair this wine with lamb shanks, roast duck and bourbon sweet potatoes.

Our 2021 Merlot is sourced from Merlot vines grown in the Columbia Valley AVA, and our Merlot spent 22 months in oak barrels prior to bottling.

Opening aromas of freshly milled cedar, toasted vanilla and cherry. A palate that is an explosion of fragrant, floral notes with sweet tobacco and all-spice producing a very rounded and balanced finish. Already a favorite with the Cathedral Ridge team.

Food pairing: Beef Wellington and Quiche.

Our 2021 Petite Sirah is a rare grape with unsurpassed fruit sourced from the Elephant Mountain, in the Rattlesnake Hills. Petite Sirah is anything but petite.
Want a big, bold wine then Petite Sirah is for you! Deeply colored, intensely concentrated flavors brim from this wine. Opening aromas of spice, stewed plum and anise. Full bodied flavors of blueberry, chocolate and plum with a dry and slightly bright finish. The high tannin is characteristic of Petit Sirah, so it will benefit from decanting 2-4 hours, if you can wait!

Pair this wine with rich foods, such as chicken in mole sauce, stuffed peppers and barbecued beef.

Our estate grown 2021 Summit Reserve Pinot Noir, a 50/50 blend of legendary 777 and Pommard clones. Located at the west end of the Columbia Gorge the vines thrive with the wetter, cooler climate. Warm summer temperatures and the Gorge winds, provide ideal growing and ripening conditions.

Our wine making team aged this Pinot Noir for 20 months prior to bottling. Starting with a beautiful garnet color, the wine opens with aromas of dried cherry, strawberry and vanilla. A bright fruit palate, and soft acidity finishing with a fresh, juicy, cherry finish.

A delicious pairing with crab or salmon cakes, baked brie and figs.
