Our 2022 Zinfandel Summit Reserve Red Wine is bold and opulent.
This fruit driven Zinfandel expresses aromas of cotton candy, ripe fig and concentrated berry preserves. The palate is rich and indulgent, unfolding in layers of jammy strawberry, fig compote with a plush velvety texture.
Pair with blue cheese burgers, bacon wrapped dates and BBQ brisket. Blue cheese and smoked gouda are perfect cheeses to pair with this style of Zinfandel.
