Our 2021 Petit Verdot is crafted with premium grapes from Firethorn, McKinley Springs & Elephant Mountain vineyards, where long sunny days produce luscious, bold wines. Although Petit Verdot is principally used in Bordeaux blends, we love it as a single varietal.

This Petite Verdot opens with expressive aromas of a rich berry pie. The palate is rich, full bodied and weighty. displaying concentrated flavors of ripe boysenberry and vanilla. Balanced tannins provide depth and structure framed with subtle notes of sage and cinnamon. The finish is smooth, soft and memorable.

Pair perfectly with grilled flank steak, carne asada tacos, lamb dishes and gnocchi salad.
