The grapes for our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Elephant Mountain are sourced from Elephant Mountain, Vineyards, a high-elevation site, of 90 acres with amazing grapes. Because of its high elevation, Elephant Mountain rarely gets frost, averaging 30 more frost-free days than most Columbia Valley vineyards.

This new vintage opens with cherry, black currant and vanilla aromas. A full bodied wine with a palate of toasted coconut, vanilla, berry jam, spice and subtle smokiness. This divine wine rounds out with a dry earthy finish.

Food Pairing: Braised beef short ribs, grilled sausages, mushroom burgers and dark chocolate desserts.
