Our 2021 Necessity White is a delicious white blend of Estate Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Aromas of apple and citrus lead into a delightful juicy, crisp palate of Granny Smith apple. The blend is a perfect balance of fruit and acidity.  This is one of our most popular wines and sells-out quickly.
