Our 2019 Syrah Reserve fruit is sourced from McKinley Springs in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA and Moody vineyard at the confluence of the Deschutes and Columbia River. Prior to bottling the wine was aged 22 months. As soon as we decanted this wine inviting aromas arose from the glass of cacao, blueberry, white pepper and hints of coffee. A full bodied palate of blueberry and bittersweet baking chocolate. The finish is dry with sturdy tannins.

This wine will pair magnificently with juicy steak kabobs, a hearty casserole, smoked Gouda and pecorino.
