Our 19 Syrah is sourced from Moody Vineyard and McKinley Springs. This inky colored Syrah opens with complex aromas of cedar, oak, black pepper and hints of spearmint. Dense blackberry, dark cocoa and vanilla provide a full bodied palate. This is a deeply concentrated Syrah delivering bold tannins. An earthy, dry finish completes this beauty.

Food Pairing: grilled spareribs, roast duck and aged hard cheeses.
